West Kowloon Smart Identity Card Replacement Centre to close early at 6.30pm

     The Immigration Department announced today (November 11) that due to special incidents occurring in Mong Kok, the West Kowloon Smart Identity Card Replacement Centre will be closed at 6.30pm.
