​Hongkong Post announced today (November 1) that, as advised by the postal administration of United States, mail delivery services previously impacted by hurricane have gradually returned to normal. However, mail delivery services to the areas with postcodes 27006–28909, 30401–30999, 31501–31699, 33501–34997 and 38501–38589 are still subject to delay.
