The ‘DfI Driver, Vehicle, Operator, and Enforcement Statistics 2023/24 Quarter Two’ report, detailing statistics for July to September 2023, is now available.

DAERA is encouraging fruit and vegetable growers and all stakeholders across Northern Ireland with a link to the fresh produce sector to take part in a consultation on transparency and fairness in the supply chain.

Provisional planning statistics for the second quarter of 2023/24 are now available. These data provide an overall view of planning activity. Alongside this there is a summary of council performance across two of the statutory targets, for major development applications and local development applications as laid out in the Local Government (Performance Indicators and Standards) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015, along with other statistics of interest such as application approval rates.

This report presents statistics on road length, condition and expenditure in Northern Ireland for 2019/20 to 2022/23. This is a new official statistics report produced by the Analysis, Statistics and Research Branch (ASRB) of the Department for Infrastructure.

The results from the June 2023 Agricultural Census have been released today, Thursday 14 December 2023, by the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA). The statistics provide estimates of crop areas and numbers of livestock on active farm businesses on the survey date of 1 June 2023.
