The Department of Finance has today announced that a Dormant Account Fund will be established to support projects in the third sector.
The scheme will deliver significant improvements to both the structural integrity and surface of the road.
To facilitate the resurfacing a weekday road closure will be in operation between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm, from Monday 16 September until Friday 11 October. During these times a diversion will be in place via Edentrillick Road – Dromara Road – Dromore Road and vice versa. A diversion will be clearly signposted.
The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) today launched a competition to appoint two additional members to a DAERA sponsored independent expert advisory body, the TB Eradication Partnership (TBEP), with effect from 1 January 2020.
The College Advisory Group (CAG) provides advice on strategic and operational issues to the College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE) management team. The Group has 12 members and it is currently chaired by Dr Mike Johnston of Dairy UK. CAG has expertise across all sectors of the agri-food industry and there are now four positions where new members are required from 1 January 2020. These positions are in the areas of International Relations, Environment in the Supply Chain, Production Horticulture and Equine.
