Northern Ireland Executive ministers and their officials have over the past 24 hours been involved in a number of initiatives and critical decisions relating to the Coronavirus emergency.

The Executive has today signalled its intention to make a number of changes to the Coronavirus Regulations in the weeks ahead, but stressed that those would be conditional on the course of the epidemic.

The First Minister Arlene Foster and deputy First Minister Michelle O’Neill provided an update on the fight against Covid-19 emergency. They announced the Executive will introduce a number of relaxations week commencing 8 June *If the R number remains at or below its current level of 0.9.

Minister for the Economy Diane Dodds has announced the reappointment of five members to the Industrial Court.
