Health Minister Robin Swann has today announced the launch of Northern Ireland’s new alcohol and drug strategy.

Infrastructure Minister, Nichola Mallon has welcomed the nomination of the North-West Transport Hub for the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) People’s Choice Award 2021 and encouraged the local community to show their support.

Infrastructure Minister Nichola Mallon has today signed contract documents awarding the design and construction phase of the £17 million Belfast Tidal Flood Alleviation Scheme to Lagan Construction Ltd.

Commenting on the current situation in relation to the impact of COVID-19 on schools Education Minister Michelle McIlveen said: “Detailed discussions are ongoing between my Department and the Department of Health on measures to alleviate current pressures facing our schools as a result of COVID-19.

The Health and Agriculture Ministers have jointly urged the farming and rural community to protect themselves from Covid-19 through vaccination.
