Police today (August 26) laid a holding charge against two men, aged 21 and 28 respectively, jointly with one count of murder.
The men were arrested on August 24 in suspected connection with a murder case happened in Mong Kok on June 25 in which a 27-year-old man died.
The case will be mentioned at Kowloon City Magistrates’ Courts tomorrow (August 27) morning.
Besides, Police arrested a 23-year-old woman on August 24 for assisting offenders after investigation. She is being detained for further enquiries.
Police arrested three men in suspected connection with the case earlier. A 24-year-old arrested man was charged with one count of wounding with intent. The remaining two men have been released on bail and are required to report back to Police in late August and early September respectively.
Active investigation by the Regional Crime Unit of Kowloon West is underway.
