Reporter: There are just five thousand people who are eligible to vote in the election, how can this represent the general public of Hong Kong? What do you think about the voter turnout today?
Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs: I am not going to guess how many voters coming out today, but I will say that the improvement of our electoral system is (important) to every Hong Kong people. It is a very good thing and it is good that for our "one country, two systems" to be fully implemented. I hope that and I appeal to voters to come out to cast their votes and exercise their responsibility.
