Tender awarded for site in Tai Hang

     The Lands Department announced today (December 18) that the tender for a site, Inland Lot No. 9076 at No. 135 Tai Hang Road, Hong Kong, has been awarded to the highest tenderer, Bright Vision International Limited (parent company: CITIC Pacific Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $3,200,000,000.

     The tenderers, other than the successful tenderer, in alphabetical order, with the name of the parent company where provided by the tenderer in brackets, were:

(2) Alpha Gold Investments Limited (Kerry Properties Limited);
(3) Asia Power Development Limited (China Overseas Land & Investment Limited);
(4) Boundless Investments Limited (K&K Property Holdings Limited);
(5) Conford Investments Limited (CK Asset Holdings Limited);
(6) Dynasty Asia Limited (Sino Land Company Limited, Lai Sun Development Company Limited and K Wah International Holdings Limited);
(7) Fair Opal Limited (Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited);
(8) Grand Build Development Limited (Grand Ming Group Holdings Limited);
(9) HLP Asia Limited (Hang Lung Properties Limited);
(10) Holy Shiny Limited (Orion Land Limited);

     Inland Lot No. 9076 has a site area of about 3,990 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 7,182 sq m and 11,970 sq m respectively.
