Temporary suspension of Mobile Library 2, 4, 8 and 12 services

     Mobile Libraries 2, 4, 8 and 12 will suspend services during designated periods in October and November for routine maintenance, a spokesman for the Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (October 4).
 
     Mobile Library 2 will suspend services from October 14 to 19. The affected service points are Ta Kwu Ling in North District; Shuen Wan in Tai Po; Tsui Ping Estate in Kwun Tong; Fortune Estate in Sham Shui Po; Sheung Tak Estate in Tseung Kwan O; and Lee On Estate, Sui Wo Court and Yiu On Estate in Sha Tin. For enquiries about Mobile Library 2 services, please call 2605 1071.
 
     Mobile Library 12 will suspend services from October 21 to 26. The affected service points are Kam Tsin Village in Sheung Shui; Wah Sum Estate and Ka Fuk Estate in Fanling; Lei Muk Shue Estate, Bayview Garden and Sham Tseng Market Carpark in Tsuen Wan; Tai Wo Hau Estate in Kwai Chung; and Fu Cheong Estate in Sham Shui Po.      Mobile Library 8 will suspend services from October 24 to 30. The affected service points are Laguna Verde in Hung Hom, Choi Ying Estate in Kowloon Bay, Laguna City in Lam Tin, Po Tat Estate in Sau Mau Ping and Tai Hang Tung Estate on Tai Hang Tung Road.      Mobile Library 4 will suspend services from October 30 to November 5. The affected service points are Yat Tung Estate in Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Pui O, Shui Hau and Tong Fuk. For enquiries about Mobile Library 4 services, please call 2984 9417.
 
     Readers are welcome to use other public libraries during the service suspension periods. They may also renew library materials by telephoning 2698 0002 or 2827 2833, or via www.hkpl.gov.hk.
