Northern Ireland Teachers’ Pension Scheme – IT System contract award

The Department of Education has awarded a seven year contract to administer the Teachers’ Pension Scheme starting on 1 April 2020.

The contract, valued at around £6million, was awarded to Civica following a competitive procurement process. Civica is a company with an established presence in the public sector pensions market.

Work starts on £8.6million Holy Evangelists’ Primary School in Dunmurry

The first sod has been cut on a brand new school build for Holy Evangelists’ Primary School in Belfast.
Construction is expected to be complete by November 2020 and will deliver a new 21 class primary school and double nursery unit.
