Agriculture Minister Edwin Poots MLA has announced that a linear increase of 4.3% will be applied to all Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) entitlements in 2020 scheme year.

Rural Affairs Minister Edwin Poots MLA has launched a £550,000 scheme to boost tourism in rural areas.

A £125,000 carriageway and footway resurfacing scheme on Huntly Road, Banbridge is due to commence on Monday 5 October 2020. 

A £165,000 carriageway resurfacing scheme on the Highfield Grove is due to commence on Saturday 10 October 2020. 

The Health Minister of Northern Ireland Robin Swann and the Minister for Health for the Republic of Ireland Stephen Donnelly met today at the 22nd North South Ministerial Council (NSMC) Health and Food Safety meeting.
