Visiting guidance update

New guidance that will facilitate increased visiting in care settings here is being finalised, Health Minister Robin Swann has stated.

Guidance is being updated for visiting in hospitals (including Maternity), hospices and care homes. New guidance is expected to be published imminently and, to allow preparations to be made in care settings, will take effect from next week.

Today at Magherafelt Magistrates Court, Lough Neagh Fishermen’s Co-Operative Society Ltd was given a conditional discharge for one year after being detected selling fish from a vehicle with no dealers licence and for being in possession of fish of unlawful capture (Salmon & Trout).




Road improvement scheme for Glengoland area, Belfast

A £268,000 carriageway resurfacing scheme for the Glengoland area of Belfast is due to commence on Wednesday 28 April 2021.
