     In a significant leap forward in the world of Chinese medicine, the Department of Health introduces the Digital Herbarium for Chinese Medicines, an online platform that offers a virtual tour of the Chinese Medicines Herbarium.
 
     News.gov.hk spoke with Assistant Director of Health (Chinese Medicine) Dr Edmund Fong who shared highlights of the website’s features. The department also explained the facilities of the Government Chinese Medicines Testing Institute’s permanent building, which is expected to be commissioned in phases starting from the end of 2025.
