Special announcement on voltage dip in various districts

Attention TV and radio duty announcers:

     Please broadcast the following special announcement as soon as possible, and repeat it at suitable intervals:

     A voltage dip occurred various district at 12.28pm today (March 30), resulting in cases of person being shut in lift. Power suspension may occur in the affected area, members of the public should avoid taking lifts.

     Members of the public who are being affected by the incidents are advised to stay calm. The Fire Services Department is conducting rescue operations and handling the incidents.
