Services of TD’s Kowloon Bay Vehicle Examination Centre suspended

       The Transport Department announced today (September 17), as affected by Typhoon Mangkhut, the Kowloon Bay Vehicle Examination Centre cannot be operated normally. Vehicle inspection services will be temporarily suspended until further notice.
