Following yesterday’s focus on advancing risk assessment science, today’s break-out sessions address equally challenging topics, such as engaging with society, managing evidence, and envisioning the expertise of the future. Also, the session on advances and challenges in human health risk assessment continues.

Topics include: the relevance of societal engagement in regulatory science and decision-making, opportunities and challenges for risk assessment vis-à-vis an exponential explosion of data, and ways to prepare for the scientific and social advances of tomorrow.
