SCED expresses sorrow over passing of Mr Kenneth Fang Hung

     The Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mr Algernon Yau, today (August 30) expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Mr Kenneth Fang Hung.
      
     Mr Yau said, "Mr Fang was a distinguished and well respected industrialist.  He made significant contributions to the development of the textiles and clothing sector as well as the improvement in productivity in industries in Hong Kong. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr Fang for his contributions to society, and extend my deepest condolences to his family."
