Rioters set fire to a bank in Mong Kok

     At around 11pm yesterday (December 24), a group of masked rioters spray-painted and smashed the outer wall of a bank with hard objects at the junction of Nathan Road and Argyle Street. They even set the bank ablaze. Some rioters also occupied Nathan Road and blocked the road with barricades. They set fire to the miscellaneous objects on the road, endangering everyone at scene. Police are now conducting dispersal operation in Mong Kok area and warn all rioters to stop illegal and vandalistic acts.
