Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Thomas A. Shannon, Jr. will travel to Durham, North Carolina on February 1-2, to participate in events at Duke University.
Under Secretary Shannon will deliver remarks as part of Duke’s lecture series on global governance hosted by the university’s Center for International and Global Studies, the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies, and the Program in American Grand Strategy. While there, he will meet with students, faculty, and administrators from Duke University and surrounding institutions.
