Assistant Secretary of State for Consular Affairs Carl Risch will travel March 10-13 to France, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom to review consular operations and underscore our commitment to the protection of U.S. citizens overseas. He will also meet with foreign government counterparts and attend a U.S. interagency workshop on visa fraud prevention.
