Notice to the Press
U.S. Acting Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs Francisco Palmieri will travel this week to Spokane, WA, where he will deliver the keynote address at the Lake Roosevelt Forum Conference on the importance of modernizing the Columbia River Treaty Regime. The speech will take place at The Historic Davenport Hotel on April 24, at 10:00 a.m. PST.
During his trip, Acting Assistant Secretary Palmieri will also engage with tribal, Congressional, state, and local government representatives from throughout the Columbia River Basin.
