Postal services to United States subject to delay

     Hongkong Post announced today (November 22) that, due to a mail backlog at the Chicago airport, all mail delivery services (including Speedpost) to Chicago and nearby areas (postcodes 400XX to 799XX, except for 59XXX) are subject to delay.
