Postal services to Thailand subject to delay

     Hongkong Post announced today (December 7) that, as advised by the postal administration of Thailand, due to heavy rain in southern Thailand that has caused floods in many provinces, mail delivery services (including Speedpost) to Thailand for areas with postcodes listed below are subject to delay.
