Postal services to Thailand subject to delay
​Hongkong Post announced today (December 2) that, as advised by the postal administration of Thailand, due to the impact of heavy rain, mail delivery services to the areas with postcodes 80130, 90xxx and 93xxx-96xxx are subject to delay.
