Hongkong Post announced today (September 19) that, as advised by the postal administration of Poland, due to the impact of heavy rain, mail delivery services to the areas with postcodes 43xxx, 47xxx, 48xxx, 57xxx, 58xxx and 59xxx are subject to delay.
