Political Assistant to Secretary for Home Affairs to leave post

     In response to media enquiries, a Government spokesman confirmed today (January 15) that the Political Assistant to the Secretary for Home Affairs, Ms Jade Lai Wing-yu, has tendered resignation due to her need to take care of her family. She is currently on leave and will leave the Government with effect from January 20.

     â€‹The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Caspar Tsui, thanked Ms Lai for her contribution during her tenure and wished her a happy life, the spokesman added.
