Police warn protestors in the vicinity of Queen Elizabeth Stadium to stop illegal acts

Protestors today (September 26) have removed railings from roadsides and dug up bricks from pavements at Wong Nai Chung Road near Queen’s Road East. They have also blocked the entrance of Queen Elizabeth Stadium, preventing certain participants of an event from leaving.
A large number of protestors have occupied Queen’s Road East and Oi Kwan Road, paralysing traffic. Police warn the protestors to stop all illegal acts.
Members of the public and drivers are advised to avoid travelling to the area and stay tuned to the latest traffic arrangement.
