The Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel, via a collaboration with a non-profit organisation, established Open Lab in its quest to provide flexible solutions for the textile, clothing and fashion industry to address climate change and promote sustainability. The 20 000 square foot lab features a modular research space for early stage solutions and an upcycling line.
