Police today (December 31) laid a holding charge against a 27-year-old non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) man with one count of murder and one count of theft.
The man was arrested on December 29 in suspected connection with a murder and theft case in Yuen Long on December 28, in which a 61-year-old man died.
The case will be mentioned at Tuen Mun Magistrates' Courts on January 2, 2020.
