LegCo Secretariat issues Red alert

The following is issued on behalf of the Legislative Council Secretariat:

     The Legislative Council (LegCo) Secretariat issued a Red alert at 4.25pm today (October 6). All persons are required to evacuate the LegCo Complex immediately under safe circumstances.
