Latest visit arrangements for Castle Peak Bay Immigration Centre and Ma Tau Kok Detention Centre of Immigration Department
The spokesman for the Immigration Department (ImmD) today (August 9) said that, following the Government's announcement regarding the addition of the Red Code and the Amber Code into the Vaccine Pass to differentiate persons with higher risk of of COVID-19 infection, with effect from tomorrow (August 10), Castle Peak Bay Immigration Centre and Ma Tau Kok Detention Centre (the Centres) will implement the following new measure. Visitors categorised with a Red Code or an Amber Code will not be allowed to enter the Centres for visits to reduce the risk of infection and spread of a highly contagious variant virus.
