The Union Home Minister Shri Rajnath Singh has expressed concern that some forces want to mislead the innocent youth of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) and they don’t want the situation to change. Expressing his agony, he said while their own children obtain education, others are misled to take up stones and asked what kind of justice was that.

India registered a significant decline in Maternal Mortality Ratio. According to the just released SRS bulletin (2016), India has shown impressive gains in reduction of Maternal Mortality with 22% reduction in since 2013.

The President of India, Shri Ram NathKovind, will visit Tripura on June 7 and 8, 2018. This will be his first visit to Tripura as the President of India and the 27th state visited by him since he assumed office as the President of India.
