The Union Home Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh, paid an official visit to Mongolia from June 21-24, 2018.  During the visit, Home Minister called on the President of Mongolia, Mr. K. Battulga and held talks with Prime Minister, Mr. U. Khurelsukh, Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. U. Enkhtuvshin, and Minister of Justice & Home Affairs, Mr. Ts. Nyamdorj on wide-ranging issues of bilateral interest, including cooperation between India and Mongolia in disaster risk reduction, border management, and capacity building programmes in security domain.

            In its commitment to ensure 100% quality regime in steel sector, Ministry of Steel has issued two Quality Control orders namely Steel and Steel Products (Quality Control) Order, 2018 and Stainless Steel Products (Quality Control) Order, 2018 vide Notification No S.O 2998 (E) and S.O. 2999 (E) respectively dated 20th June 2018.

The President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind will present the “Fourth National Awards for outstanding services in the field of Prevention of Alcoholism and Substance (Drug) Abuse” to the institutions and individuals on the occasion of ‘International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking’ (26th June, 2018) at a function organized by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment on 26th June, 2018 in Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.

These include houses under Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana, urban drinking water supply schemes, urban solid waste management, urban sanitation, urban transportation and urban landscape projects.
