Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to have transformative impact on national security. It is also seen that AI is essentially a dual use technology. While it can fuel technology driven economic growth, it also has potential to provide military superiority.

The Minister of State (I/C) for Tourism Shri. K.J. Alphons inaugurated the Institute of Hospitality Management in Jodhpur today.

In his inaugural speech,the Minister highlighted that India is among the fastest growing Tourism economy in the world and in 2017, the Indian tourism receipts went up by 20.8% against a global growth rate of 7%. Shri.

“In just 23 months, we have achieved 1.3 crore antenatal check-ups at 12,900 healthcare facilities across the country.        Based  on  the  results of the Central  Armed  Police  Forces  (Assistant Commandants) Examination, 2017 held  by UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION on 23rd July, 2017  and the interviews for  Personality  Test  held  from 7th May to 17th May 2018, the following is the list,   in  order  of  merit, of candidates who have been recommended for appointment to  the posts of Assistant Commandants (Group A) in the Central Armed Police Forces viz. Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).
