PM attends convocation of Gujarat Forensic Sciences University

The Prime  Minister, Shri Narendra  Modi, today attended the convocation ceremony of the Gujarat Forensic Sciences University. 

He described the University and its students as pioneers. He appreciated the students for their persistence in selecting a stream that is conventionally believed to be unconventional, but is highly important for today’s age. He said that these traits of self-belief and determination will help the students in times to come.

Permanent Representatives to the UN from 12 Countries Visit Election Commission of India

A   delegation of Permanent Representatives to the United Nations from twelve countries, namely Equatorial Guinea, Comoros, Niger, St. Kitts & Nevis, Grenada, Malta, Marshal Islands, Dominica, St. Lucia, Eswatini, Zambia and Kiribati visited the Election Commission of India today.

PM to visit Gujarat on 23rd August

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, will visit Gujarat on 23rd August, 2018.

At a large public meeting in Jujwa village of Valsad district, the Prime Minister will witness the collective e-Gruhpravesh of beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (Gramin) – a flagship scheme of the Union Government which envisions “Housing for All.”

More than one lakh houses have been completed in the State of Gujarat.
