A ‘National Conference on Public Procurement & Competition Law’ is being organised by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) in Delhi on 5th November, 2018 with a view to scale up Competition Advocacy and reach out to important stakeholders in public procurement ecosystem.

The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, graced and addressed the first convocation of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Rishikesh, in Uttarakhand today (November 3, 2018).

Speaking on the occasion, the President said that in India, AIIMS is a symbol of excellence in the field of medical care and research.

On 2nd November’ 2018, simultaneous raids against e-ticket touting were conducted in more than 100 cities throughout the Indian Railways on ‘All India’ basis.

Acting on various sources, a detailed analysis of booking pattern of railway reserved e-tickets was done by the Security Directorate, Railway Board.
