Election  Commission of India organised in New Delhi today a day-long conference of Chief Electoral Officers of all States/UTs. The Officers were invited to deliberate on learnings from the recently concluded General Elections to the Lok Sabha 2019.

In an epic event in the glorious history of Siachen Glacier, Honourable Raksha Mantri (RM) Shri Rajnath Singh made his maiden visit to the world’s highest battle field today. An AN-32 got airborne today from Jorhat at 1227 hrs for Mechuka Advanced Landing Ground. The aircraft last contacted ground agencies at 1300 hrs (approx). Thereafter, there was no contact with the aircraft.

Southern Command Children Summer Adventure Camp 2019 was organised at Mount Abu by Battle Axe Division under the aegis of Konark Corps from 27 May to 03 June 2019. 98 children explored their potential and displayed their yearning for adventure activities in the fields of trekking, rock climbing and caving.
