Union Minister of State (I/C) for Development of North Eastern Region, MoS PMO, Personnel, Atomic Energy and Department of Space Dr. Jitendra Singh said that space technology has reached almost every house in five years under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

The President of India, Shri Ram NathKovind, unveiled the first Indigenous High Temperature Fuel Cell System developed by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) in partnership with Indian industries under India’s flagship program named “New Millennium Indian Technology Leadership Initiative (NMITLI)” on the occasion of CSIR Foundation Day at VigyanBhawan, New Delhi today.

The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, graced the Foundation Day Celebrations of the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) in New Delhi today (September 26, 2019).  

Speaking on the occasion, the President said that the true test of scientific research lies in its ability to help our society accelerate socio-economic development in various areas of human life such as health and hygiene, sanitation, education and agriculture.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi delivered the keynote address at the Bloomberg Global Business Forum in New York today.

Addressing the prestigious gathering, the Prime Minister said that he would use this opportunity to talk about the future direction of India’s growth story.

Union HRD Minister Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ chaired the 12th Meeting of National Institute of Technology, Science Education and Research (NITSER) in New Delhi today.The meeting was attended by Directors of the National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur and Chairpersons of Board of Governors of these Institutes.
