Indian aviation and technology leaders gathered in Bengaluru for industry meet ahead of “Wings India 2020”, Asia’s largest civil aviation event.  Shri Pradeep Singh Kharola, Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, Smt. Usha Padhee, JS, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Dr. S Unnikrishnan Nair, Chairman, Director, Human Space Flight Centre ISRO along with other senior government officials graced the occasion.

Raksha Rajya Mantri Shri Shripad Naik visited the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Republic Day Camp 2020 at the Cariappa Parade Ground here today. Upon his arrival, Raksha Rajya Mantri inspected the Guard of Honour presented by a contingent of the three wings of NCC – the Army, Navy and Air Force.

H.E. Josep Borrell Fontelles, European High Representative/ Vice President (HRVP) called on Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today. Mr. Borrell is on a visit to India from Jan 16-18 to attend Raisina Dialogue 2020 where he delivered Valedictory Address yesterday.

Based  on  the  results  of  the  written  examination of the Combined Geo-Scientist and Geologist Examination, 2019 held  by  the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION from 28th to 30th June, 2019 followed by the Personality  Test  from 16th December, 2019 to 10th January, 2020  the  lists,  in  order  of  merit, of  the  candidates who have been recommended for  appointment  to  the  Group ‘A’  posts  of  Geologist,  Geophysicist  and  Chemist  in  the  Geological  Survey  of  India;  and Group ‘A’ post of Jr. Hydrogeologists (Scientist B)  in  the  Central  Ground  Water  Board are appended (Click the Results Link at bottom of this Press Release)
