“iAM Smart” service resumed normal
A spokesman for the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer said that the "iAM Smart" service resumed normal at around 2am today (October 19).
Due to an intermittent error with a database access module, the "iAM Smart" was suspended temporarily for urgent maintenance. During the suspension of service, members of the public were able to access related online services by using the prevailing system websites and login channels of different government departments or participating organisations directly.
