Officers of the National Security Department of the Hong Kong Police launched enforcement operations in various districts today (September 8) and arrested three men and one woman, aged between 36 and 57, for "failing to comply with notice to provide information", pursuant to subsection 3(3)(b) of Schedule 5 of the Implementation Rules for Article 43 of the Hong Kong National Security Law.
All arrested persons are being detained for further enquiries. Investigation is still underway and further arrests may be made.
