Government clarifies rumours about construction of large-scale detention facility in Heung Yuen Wai

     In response to rumours on the Internet that the Hong Kong Police Force plans to construct a large-scale detention facility in Heung Yuen Wai, a Government spokesman today (October 13) clarified that the claims are totally unfounded.
