A government spokesperson said today (June 24) that while the Government respects the public's right to procession and assembly, it is concerned that, following the protests on June 21, those at Revenue Tower and Immigration Tower today have again led to disruption of public services, causing much inconvenience to members of the public. The spokesperson appealed to protesters to act peacefully and rationally when expressing their opinions and not to affect those in need of government services.
