Fatal traffic accident in Ngau Tau Kok

     Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident happened in Ngau Tau Kok in the small hours today (January 10) in which a man died.

     At about 4.50am, a taxi driven by a 66-year-old man was travelling along Trademart Drive. When approaching 1 Trademart Drive, it suspectedly went out of control and rammed into a wall after running onto the pavement.

     Sustaining no superficial injury, the taxi driver was rushed to United Christian Hospital in unconscious state and was certified dead at 5.26am.

     Investigation by the Special Investigation Team 1 of Traffic, Kowloon East is underway.
