The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by regulation 33(1) of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010, gives the direction.

If you want to agree an MOU for a new route, fill in both forms and send them to the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA).

If you want to change an existing MOU, fill in the addendum to the MOU (PT41) and send it to APHA.

APHA will confirm the MOU in writing and add your route to the list of carriers registered to transport assistance dogs.
