The European Commission has approved, under the EU Merger Regulation, the acquisition of Arzignanese S.r.l and Pasubio S.p.A, both of Italy, by CVC Capital Partners SICAV-FIS S.A. of Luxembourg.  Arzignanese and Pasubio are active in the tanning of leather and the production of finished leather products for use in various sectors, including automotive interiors, furniture and luxury goods.
