Following the death of HM The Queen we have opened condolence books to the public both in Rome and Milan.

Following the death of The Queen, The British Embassy in Rome and the British Consulate-General in Milan have opened condolence books to the public. Please visit during the opening times below if you would like to sign and leave a message.

You will be able to leave flowers if you wish, but please do not bring large or bulky items with you. Visitors will be subject to security checks.

Alternatively, we invite you to offer your condolences online. A condolence facility is available on the Royal website www.royal.uk.

British Embassy Rome

Please come to the Ceremonial Gate of the British Embassy Rome at Via XX Settembre 80, Rome where the condolence book will be open from 10.00 to 17.00 CET from Saturday 10 September until Sunday 18 September included.

British Consulate-General Milan

Please visit the ground floor of our offices on Via San Paolo 7, Milan where the condolence book will be open between 10.00 and 17.00 CET Monday to Friday, until Friday 16 September included.
