Companies Registry to resume normal public services starting from April 19
To align with the arrangements for Government departments to largely resume normal public services from April 21, the Companies Registry announced today (April 14) that it will resume normal public services from April 19 while continuing to adopt targeted measures to reduce social contact.
Starting from April 19, the opening hours of the Registry's counter services are as follows:
Offices | Opening hours |
Public Search Centre at 13/F, Queensway Government Offices (QGO) | Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm |
Public Service Hall at 14/F, QGO | |
Registry for Trust and Company Service Providers at 12/F, One Kowloon, Kowloon Bay |
To reduce the flow of people and social contact in the community, the Registry appeals to its customers to continue to deliver documents for registration and conduct searches of the registers through the e-Registry (www.eregistry.gov.hk), the Cyber Search Centre (www.icris.cr.gov.hk) and the website of the Registry for Trust and Company Service Providers (www.tcsp.cr.gov.hk) which operate 24 hours a day. Customers may also deliver documents by post or drop-in box.
The Registry will also continue implementing infection control measures at its offices, including enhanced cleaning and disinfection, requiring staff and visitors to wear masks and use the "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile app before entering the offices.
Please check the latest announcements on the Registry's website at www.cr.gov.hk for details.
