Community testing centres and indoor mobile specimen collection stations gradually resume services
A spokesman for the Food and Health Bureau announced today (October 8) that the community testing centres (CTCs) and indoor mobile specimen collection stations which were temporarily closed due to the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal earlier will gradually resume services from 3pm onwards. The outdoor mobile specimen collection stations will remain closed during the time when the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal no. 3 is in force.
The CTCs provide self-paid testing services to the public for general community or private purposes (such as certifications for travelling or work) and free testing services for persons subject to compulsory testing or targeted groups requiring testing.
